Indications

Bovines: Treatment of acute inflammation associated with respiratory tract illness. Symptomatic treatment of E. coli endotoxemia. Equines: Treatment of visceral pains associate with colic. Treatment of inflammations and pains associated with musculoskeletal deterioration Moderates clinicopathological deterioration associated with endotoxemia. Swine: MMA syndrome endotoxemias. Canines: As complementary therapy in the treatment of endotoxic or septic shock. Alleviates Pain and osteomuscular upset. In all cases in which corticosteroidal therapy is contraindicated.

Dosification

Bovines: In inflammations associated with respiratory tract illnesses administer 0,44 ml Lhiflunex / 10 Kg of live weight by slow Intravenous injection. In the treatment of symptoms produced by E. coli endotoxins, administer 0,22 ml of Lhiflunex per 10 Kg of live weight by slow intravenous injection. Repeat if necessary in 24-hour intervals, not to exceed 5 consecutive days. Equines: In visceral pains associated with colic, 0,22 ml of Lhiflunex /10 Kg of live weight by slow intravenous injection at the onset of symptoms Is recommended. The treatment may be repeated once or twice if symptoms reappear. In the treatment of inflammations and pains associated with musculokeletal deterioration and in the moderation of the clinicopathological signs of endotoxemia an administration of 0,22 ml of Lhiflunex /10 Kg of live weight by slow intravenous injection once a day for no more than 5 consecutive days is recommended. Swine: In the treatment of endotoxemia and MMA administrater from 0,22 to 0,44 ml of Lhiflunex per 10 Kg of live weight by slow intravenous injection or subcutaneous injection. Canines: Administer 0,22 ml of Lhiflunex per 10 Kg of live weight. For the treatment of endotoxic shock administer the dose by slow intravenous injection every 12 hours, up to a maximum of 3 doses. In case of osteomuscular upset the recommended dose is applied subcutaneously once a day, for a maximum of 3 days. Should be administered by subcutaneous or slow intravenous injection.

Suppression Period

Meat: 7 days Milk: 2 days.
